Tremolo training 2008-07-01 04:51:38
It's been while for me to write the blog already. I'm here to share my experience while practicising the tremolo technique. Try to play the tremolo as slow as possible until you can hear each distinct note you are playing. This will generally leads you to play the note more accurately. If you have reach a tipping point of your maximum playing speed and you can not go further. You may try to play reversely( p i m a instead of p a m i). Happy Playing:)

My First Lesson 2008-04-19 00:49:30
On 18th April is the 1st day i attended then gems module. This is also the 1st time i meet my module lecture, Mr.James Ang. Today i had been thought how to produce sweet and nice tone out from the guitar sound hole. The most important factor is our finger nail. The four right finger which name it as p,i,m,a, the nail has to be file to the shape of semi circle. It is a crucial process for people who really serious about classical guitar. Apart from tone quality, i learn how to play Rest Stroke(Apoyando) and Free Stroke(Tirando). These two different plucking will produce different tonality when i was playing. For reference,

Aim
- To be able to produce nice &
sweet tonality
- To be able to master my m,a
finger alternatively
- Always remember to take care my
fingernails
